Successor of Haskell 2010

This revision shall represent an update to Haskell 2010 integrating recent changes to the base library (such as AMP, MFP, FTP) as well as formalising the most popular non-controversial de-facto standard language extensions.

This milestone will be renamed once the concrete target year is known.

In the light current library proposal transition/implemention planning, a Haskell Report released to coincide with GHC 8.4 (with a target release at the end of 2017) would work well

Far-future Haskell Report after Haskell 201x incorporating more bold changes
